The Christmas elves are slowly leaving us full of glitter, rhinestones, gold dust, ornaments, food, sweets, drinks, parties and cake fare! It is time for them to step down and we can get back to our rhythms, shed some tones of festive bingeing and return to routine. Many times, however, the end of the Christmas holiday brings a fateful “end” and “loss” that is often accompanied by anxiety and stress about the regularity that follows.
If you, like us, are looking for this sense of earth and safety, follow us in excellent yin yoga practice. Let go of the concepts and fears, and let’s explore what our body can do through a sequence of “static” asanas.
You will need to bring with you: your mattress, brick(s) and strap to help you get deeper into the poses, a blanket or something that will keep you warm & of course your presence!
Seats are limited & reservation is required !!
In order to avoid unnecessary and unpleasant surprises for all of us, given the limitations of seats, we ask you to register only if you really have the time to attend so as not to deprive anyone else of the opportunity.
